Our store, Ocean, is a relaxation salon.
We are not a hospital, clinic, treatment center, or facility providing shiatsu, anma massage, or acupuncture as defined by the Medical Care Act.
Please also note that we do not offer any rejuvenating massages or erotic services.
We will strictly prohibit anyone from using our services for such purposes or forcing others to do so.

 

◆Prohibited items:

・Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to use this service.
・Abusive language, harassment, and demanding sexual services from staff are prohibited.
・Shouting or any other behavior that may disturb other customers or neighbors is prohibited.
・People who are intoxicated or using drugs are prohibited from using the facility.
・We strictly prohibit exchanging personal contact information with therapists, inviting them to work outside, or any other actions intended to poach staff from other stores.
・Acts such as voyeurism and eavesdropping are prohibited.
Please note that we cannot accept calls from people suffering from heart disease, contagious diseases or infectious diseases (athlete's foot, sexually transmitted diseases) or calls from public phones or withheld numbers.
・If you specify a therapist, there may be cases where your preferred therapist is absent or late due to health reasons or other reasons.
・Please note that in the unlikely event that your preferred therapist is unable to attend, your reservation will be cancelled or you will be given a free session.
If you repeatedly cancel without notice or at the last minute, you will no longer be able to make a reservation.
If you do not contact us within 10 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled.
*If you cancel without notice, an additional cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged at your next appointment.
